How sellers ship an item to the OnlyProtect verification point
When a buyer chooses OnlyProtect, the seller does not ship directly to the buyer. The seller must send the item to the verification point first and follow the order instructions closely.

The seller should confirm the order details, package the correct item, include declared accessories, remove personal data where needed, and prepare the device in the sale-ready condition stated in the listing.
The verification team compares the received package with the order and listing. Missing accessories, packaging inconsistencies, unlocked-versus-locked conflicts, or major cosmetic and functional mismatches can slow the process or trigger escalation.
If the device passes, it moves forward to the buyer. If it fails for a material mismatch or critical issue, the order may pause, cancel, or move into return handling depending on the outcome of support review.
Useful information
Delays in seller shipment can delay the entire protected order timeline.
Factory reset the device when appropriate and remove account locks before sending.
