Verification focuses on listing-critical details such as model, storage, condition, visible repairs, activation-lock status where relevant, and core functions like display, charging, cameras, buttons, audio, and connectivity. The goal is to confirm that the item materially matches what the buyer paid for.
After checkout, the seller ships to the OnlyProtect verification point. Our team receives the package, performs inspection, logs findings, and compares them against the listing. If the device passes, it is repacked and sent to the buyer. If a serious issue is found, the order pauses and support resolution starts before final delivery.
Material mismatches, failed core functionality, undeclared damage, missing declared accessories, or lock-related problems can trigger cancellation or a refund path. The exact result depends on the severity of the issue and whether the item still matches the sold listing in a meaningful way.
OnlyProtect helps confirm listing accuracy and visible condition at the time of inspection. It does not replace a manufacturer warranty and does not guarantee protection from future wear, later battery decline, software changes after delivery, or hidden defects that cannot reasonably be detected during verification.
