These standards apply to every OnlyDeal listing, profile, photo, video, comment, review, message, offer, and other user contribution. They are enforced alongside our Terms of Service and applicable law.
No illegal goods or services, weapons or firearms, ammunition, explosives, controlled drugs, tobacco or vaping products, stolen property, human trafficking, prostitution, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or content that creates a credible risk of physical harm.
OnlyDeal has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. CSAM, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to solicit a minor are prohibited. We remove this material, disable involved accounts, preserve evidence where lawful, and report to competent authorities or designated reporting bodies when required.
No credible threats, bullying, targeted harassment, stalking, hateful conduct, non-consensual intimate content, sexual solicitation, or content that promotes violence or discrimination against protected groups.
No scams, phishing, impersonation, counterfeit products, misleading claims, hidden defects, manipulated prices, fake engagement, payment diversion, money laundering, or attempts to evade OnlyDeal safety and transaction controls.
Do not publish another person’s private information, credentials, payment data, precise location, or identity documents without lawful authority. Post only media, brands, and descriptions you own or have permission to use.
No unsolicited bulk messages, duplicate or misleading listings, malicious links, malware, scraping, coordinated manipulation, ban evasion, or automated activity that harms users or the service.
Use the Report action on a listing, comment, review, profile, or conversation. Include relevant context without reposting harmful material. If the control is unavailable or the issue concerns child safety, contact support@onlydeal.ro with the subject “Safety report.”
Use Block from the profile or conversation menu to stop direct interaction. Manage existing blocks from the Blocked users section. Blocking does not replace reporting when someone may be at risk.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. In Romania, call 112. Then report the account or content to OnlyDeal so we can preserve evidence and restrict access.
We use automated signals and human review. Depending on severity, context, and history, we may reject, limit, label, demote, remove, or preserve content; warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts; cancel unsafe transactions; and cooperate with authorities. Severe or urgent harm may result in immediate action without prior notice.
Reports are reviewed as promptly as risk requires. We prioritize child safety, credible threats, exploitation, fraud in progress, and illegal goods. Repeated violations can result in permanent removal.
If you believe an enforcement decision was incorrect, send an appeal through our Support Center with the affected account or content reference. Do not create another account to evade a restriction.
