How to prepare a listing for OnlyProtect eligibility
Protected orders work best when the listing is specific enough for verification. That means clarity on the device identity, condition, and included package contents.

Model, storage, color, network-relevant details, and visible condition should be explicit. If the listing is vague, the verification team has less to compare against.
Declared repairs are better than discovered repairs. If the screen was replaced, a camera has an issue, or the battery health is weaker than expected, say so before sale.
Only include accessories that will actually ship with the order. Buyers and verifiers rely on the listing when checking package completeness.
