Understanding order status and verification tracking

Protected orders move through additional checkpoints compared with direct shipments. That means the visible timeline may include intake, verification, review, and forwarding stages before final delivery.

A protected order commonly moves through payment confirmed, seller shipment, received for verification, verification in progress, issue review if needed, and shipment to the buyer after approval.

Short pauses can happen during intake, manual review, or courier handoff. A pause is not automatically a problem, but unusual silence over a longer period should be checked with support.

Include the order ID, the last visible status, and the time window in which the order stopped moving. This is more useful than saying only that the order feels delayed.

Useful information

Use the order page as the primary source of truth before contacting support.

Do not open a new ticket just because the courier and order page show slightly different timing on the same day.
