What to do if an item or accessory is missing
Missing contents are easier to resolve when they are documented early and precisely. A general complaint is much weaker than a clear list of what should have been in the package.

Compare the delivered package with the listing and order details. Make sure the accessory or item you believe is missing was explicitly part of the sale.
Take photos of the package, internal packaging, and everything that arrived. This helps support understand whether the issue looks like a listing mismatch, packaging failure, or transit-related problem.
Include the order ID, the exact missing item, and the evidence you collected. If the order was protected, mention whether the missing item was listed and expected to be included in verification.
Useful information
Do not throw away packaging before documenting the problem.
A missing declared accessory matters more when it affected the value of the sale.
