Intervention is most likely when the inspected item materially differs from the listing, key functions do not work as described, or the package contents do not match what the buyer paid for.
Include the order ID, a short issue summary, the exact mismatch or failure, and any screenshots or inspection messages visible on the order page. For non-protected sales, conversation evidence may also matter.
When the same issue appears across multiple tickets, support has to reconcile parallel timelines and repeated evidence. A single well-maintained ticket is faster to work from.
