Always wrap the phone or tablet in several layers of bubble wrap. Place it in a sturdy cardboard box and fill any empty spaces with packing peanuts or crumpled paper so the device cannot slide around. Seal all seams of the box with strong packing tape.
When handing the package to the courier, ask them to scan the label in your presence. If they provide a physical receipt or a signed AWB (shipment note), keep it. For locker drop-offs (Easybox), ensure you receive the confirmation SMS or email showing that the locker door was successfully closed.
Before handover, take a photo of the final package showing the shipping label clearly. This helps verify that the package was sealed correctly and has the correct tracking details.
Useful information
Do not ship the phone in a simple bubble mailer; always use a rigid box.
Handover proof is your only protection if the tracking status does not update.
