Seller shipping basics for direct and protected orders

Shipping discipline matters even when the device itself is fine. Many support cases come from weak packaging, slow handoff, missing accessories, or unclear shipment timing.

Use protective packaging that reduces movement and impact damage. Electronics should not be able to bounce inside the box, and accessories should be packed so they are not mistaken as missing or loose.

Match the package to the sold listing exactly. If the deal includes a charger, cable, stylus, case, or original box, confirm they are inside before handoff.

If shipment will be delayed, inform the buyer quickly through platform messaging. Unexplained delays create distrust even before the item arrives.

Useful information

Keep proof of shipment and packaging condition for high-value items.

Do not swap devices after the sale if the listing was for a specific unit or condition.
