How to create a trustworthy device listing
High-quality listings are easier to sell and less likely to trigger disputes. The strongest listings help buyers understand the exact device condition before checkout.

Use clear photos of the actual item from multiple angles. Show the screen, edges, back, ports, and any visible defects. A buyer should not need to guess what the condition looks like.
State cosmetic wear, repair history, lock status, battery-related concerns, and included accessories. Honest defects usually perform better than hidden defects that become post-sale disputes.
The title, description, photos, and selected product attributes should all point to the same device. Inconsistency is one of the fastest ways to lose buyer trust and create support work later.

If you mention an accessory, show it in the photos whenever possible.
Do not copy another listing’s text if it hides details about your own device.
