To keep transactions transparent, we use specific grading criteria tailored to each product category. Sellers must select the correct grade, and buyers should know what to expect.

Tech items (phones, tablets, watches) are graded as follows:
- New (Sealed): Brand new in the original factory-sealed box.
- Like New: No visible scratches or dents, look pristine, battery health above 85%.
- Very Good: Minor hairline scratches on screen/casing, no deep cracks, battery health above 80%.
- Good: Visible scratches and light scuffs, fully functional.
Sellers must declare if the battery is degraded (below 80%) or if third-party parts warnings are active (e.g. replaced screen warnings).
Fashion listings have their own quality criteria:
- New with Tags (NWT): Unworn, unwashed, with original brand tags attached.
- New without Tags (NWOT): Unworn and unwashed but missing original tags.
- Very Good: Lightly worn, no visible stains, tears, fading, or pilling.
- Good: Moderate wear, minor pilling or fading, all zippers and buttons function.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, cosmetics have very strict listing rules:
- New (Sealed): Only unused, unopened cosmetics in their original sealed packaging are allowed. Swatched, opened, or partially used makeup (especially lipsticks, mascaras, eyeliners, or foundations) cannot be listed or sold on the platform and will be deleted by support.
For other goods (toys, home decor, accessories):
- New: In original unused packaging.
- Very Good: Light use, clean, with all original parts included.
- Good: Functional with normal wear, must list any missing components.
Useful information
Listing opened makeup or swatched cosmetics violates safety policies.
Photos must clearly display any cosmetic damage or wear mentioned in the grading.
