What to do if your account looks compromised

If you can still access the account, change the password, review active sessions where possible, and check whether contact details or payout-relevant settings were changed.
Document what changed, when you noticed it, and any messages or notifications that look suspicious. Support can work more quickly from a concrete timeline.
When you write to support, explain whether you can still log in, whether the email or phone changed, and whether any orders, listings, or messages look unauthorized.
