How to manage your wallet and payouts
Your wallet handles your funds and pending payouts securely. To receive money from sales, your account must have verified banking information and be in good standing.

When a buyer purchases an item, the funds are held securely in escrow until verification is complete or the order is confirmed. Once released, the money is available as your wallet balance ready for payout.
To withdraw funds, enter a valid bank account IBAN and holder name. To protect against unauthorized changes, updating bank details may require phone or security code confirmation.
Withdrawal requests are processed immediately by our payments team. Depending on your bank and currency routing, the money typically arrives in your bank account within 1 to 3 business days.
For security and compliance reasons, all withdrawal requests are reviewed manually by our operations and risk team before transfer. This check helps prevent fraud and ensures that funds are routed only to the legitimate account holder. Manual reviews are typically completed within 24 hours.
If a payout fails, it is usually due to a name mismatch on the bank account, an invalid IBAN, or an unsupported currency. Check that your bank accepts incoming transfers in RON and matches your registered profile name. In case of failure, funds will be returned to your wallet balance within 5 business days.
