Orders and payments
Payment methods and what to expect at checkout
Checkout is where the order becomes enforceable and support-visible. Use platform payment flows whenever possible so the transaction remains attached to the order timeline.

Platform checkout creates the payment record that support uses to investigate order and refund issues. External payment methods can leave support with much weaker evidence or no order-linked trace at all.
Check the final price, service fees if applicable, shipping details, and the exact item you are buying. Once payment is confirmed, support will rely on that order record and the listing it references.
If payment fails, keep the exact error message if you see one, note the approximate time, and retry carefully. Repeated blind retries can create confusion if one attempt partially succeeds.
Useful information
Take a screenshot if a checkout error repeats.
Use the same ticket for the same failed payment issue so the timeline stays coherent.
