Shipping and delivery
Why shipping timelines can change and when to escalate
Some shipping delays are normal, especially when a protected order includes intake and verification checkpoints. The important part is knowing when the delay is ordinary and when it needs support review.

Courier backlog, seller handoff delays, intake processing, manual verification review, and failed delivery attempts can all affect the visible timeline without meaning the order is lost.
Contact support when tracking stalls for an unusual period, the order page stops updating beyond the expected checkpoint, or the package status becomes contradictory across surfaces.
Include the order ID, tracking details if available, the last visible status, and the approximate date when movement stopped. Support can work faster with a clear timeline.
Useful information
A one-day delay is usually less important than a status that stops moving entirely.
Protected orders may appear slower because they include an extra verification stage.
