You can manage your saved locations by entering contact details, a complete street address, your city, and county. Double check that the phone number matches the contact person receiving the parcel.

Setting a default address automatically selects it for future checkouts. You can designate any saved address as default, and change it anytime before you confirm payment on a new order.

To prevent shipment routing errors, our system validates county and city fields against courier-supported locations. Make sure your postal code matches the physical street location.

For orders shipped via Sameday Easybox, you do not need a physical street address. Instead, select your preferred locker from the interactive map during checkout. Keep your mobile number updated, as the courier will send the locker pickup PIN/QR code via SMS.
