Most European card issuers require two-factor authentication (3D Secure) for online transactions. When prompted, make sure to open your banking app or enter the SMS OTP code sent to your phone. Leaving the checkout screen too early or failing to complete the app approval will reject the transfer.
Many banks set a default daily limit or single-transaction limit for online card purchases, which might be lower than the price of a premium smartphone. Log into your banking app to verify and temporarily raise your online shopping limits.
Ensure your account has a sufficient balance in RON or equivalent currency. Additionally, confirm with your bank that your card supports international merchant processing if required by our payment gateway.
Useful information
Do not retry multiple times rapidly, as this can trigger card blocking mechanisms.
If your payment was debited but the order failed, contact support with the bank transaction ID.
